    Property Description

Aruba is located in the very heart of the southern Caribbean, 15 miles off the coast of Venezuela. It is 19.6 miles long, 6 miles wide at its widest point, and is approximately 70 square miles, with a population of 150,000.

We offer 2 bedroom 2 bathroom deluxe condominiums, right on the white sugar – sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba.

Aruba offers superb white sand beaches, consistently ranked among the best, not just in the Caribbean, but in the entire world. These, plus the cooling trade winds, and warm, friendly people are part of Aruba’s appeal. It has a perfect climate, with an average temperature of 82 degrees F,

It is arguably the most exotic Caribbean island, with a wealth of vacation activities, including wreck diving with 35 dive sites, kite surfing, wind surfing, adve4nyure excursions by Land Rover, romantic escapes, culinary delights with Dutch, Caribbean and Spanish influences, golf, honeymoons and weddings. Climb the Hooiberg Stairway, the Ayo Rock Formations, the Arikok National Park, the abandoned Gold Mine and Gold Smelter Ruins, the Guadirikiri Caves, the Huliba Cave (Tunnel of Love), Lourdes Grotto and much more.

Don’t miss the capital, Oranjestadt, literally Orange Town, in Dutch. Boutiques, upscale chain stores and street vendors, as wells as casinos and a wide range of restaurants, dance clubs and bars, make Oranjestad a popular destination in Aruba. In addition to shopping, dining and entertainment, the island’s capital city offers museums, a butterfly farm, art galleries, golf, historical sites and a marina. The island’s colonization by the Netherlands shows in Oranjestad’s Dutch colonial architecture, while the buildings’ bright colors are distinctly Caribbean.

Aruba is one of the “ABC” Islands, and both Bonaire and Curacao are close enough to take in a day trip, by air.

    Property Review

    • ""Must See" Arikok National Park"
February was a good time of year to get out of the cold of New England. We enjoyed visiting the National Park, it is amazing and a "must see". The beaches were my favorite thing.
